The Barrie Hardcastle bursary, worth up to $1,000 annually, is presented at the BCMA
  provincial Conference's Awards Banquet each fall, if merited.  All applications must be
  submitted to the BCMA Secretariat Office by 5:00pm, Monday, July 25th, 2011.
