PLEASE NOTE:  BCMA has today set the deadline for Conference 2011 
                         registrations of NOON, Monday, September 26th to meet
                         minimum registration numbers & to commit to venue &
                         catering deadlines.

1.  To claim the privileged Member Rate, and if you have not already done
     so, BCMA members must LOGIN NOW, (See Sign-in, lower left). 
     Student Members will automatically receive their additional registration
     fee discounts after Member Login.

2.  To register online and pay by VISA or MasterCard, CLICK HERE to open the 
       online registration form. 
 
3.  Please complete a separate registration for EACH delegate. 
       You will receive an automatic emailed confirmation.

4.   NEW!  Early Bird Registration deadline is September 26, 2011 (midnight).
        After this date, Regular Rates will apply.

5.  To become a BCMA member before  registering, please join online HERE.

6.  To register and pay by cheque or money order, please download the

Cancellation Policy:
Registrations or Event ticket refunds will be given if written notice
of cancellation(s) is received by the BCMA on or before September 26, 2011.
A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted for administrative & event catering
adjustments.

As of September 27, 2011, the BCMA is obligated to guarantee attendance at
all catered events & to confirm attendance to Instructors & Presenters for
final preparation of workshop materials, and therefore no refunds can, or will
be given for any reason after this date. The BCMA will not be responsible for
notifications of cancellations sent by any means that are not received by the
BCMA office on or before the September 26, 2011 cancellation deadline.
