Information:

1.  To claim the privileged Member Rate, and if you have not already done
     so, BCMA members must LOGIN NOW, (See Sign-in at left). 
     Student Members will automatically receive their additional registration
     fee discounts after Member Login.

2.  To register online and pay by VISA or MasterCard, CLICK HERE to open the
      online registration form. 
 
3.  Please complete a separate registration for EACH delegate. 
       You will receive an emailed confirmation.

4.   Early Bird Registration deadline is October 5, 2009 (midnight). 
       After this date, a registration Lat e Fee must be added to complete your online
       registration form.

Cancellation Policy:
Workshop registrations or Event ticket refunds will be given if written notice
of cancellation(s) is received by the BCMA on or before October 7, 2009.
A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted for administrative & event catering
adjustments.

As of October 7, 2009, the BCMA is obligated to guarantee attendance at
all catered events & to confirm workshop attendance to Instructors for final
preparation of workshop materials, and therefore no refunds can, or will be
given for any reason after this date. The BCMA will not be responsible for
notifications of cancellations sent by any means that are not received by the
BCMA office on or before the October 7, 2009 cancellation deadline.
