This year's registration is designed to be more flexible and cost efficient for participants, who can choose the Complete Package or register for workshops and events "a la carte" they wish to, or are only able to attend-Participants can design their own learning experience.
To Register Online:
- Review the "Schedule at a Glance" page to note your Workshop & event selections
- Each Registrant must complete & submit a separate registration form
- BCMA Members & Student Members MUST Login to claim the privileged Member rate (See Member Login) or "Total Fee" will automatically calculate using the Non-member rate
- ALL Registrants MUST indicate their workshops by clicking the Workshop codes (A1-E3 or SP1-SP4) on the next page
- Minimum & maximum numbers of registrants may apply to any or all Workshops, so REGISTER NOW!
- Online registrations will be acknowledged by auto-generated email to the address you entered. (If Registrants do not receive a "Transaction Receipt" immediately by email, your registration & payment has not been received & credit card information must be re-entered & your registration re-submitted).

Includes 2 ½-days of workshops in any combination of ½-day, 1-day or the special 2-day CCI workshop (plus a Series E ½-day workshop on Saturday, October 17); a ticket to each of the Luncheons & Events; and a choice between the Historic Grist Mill/Spotted Lake Bus Tour OR a Series C ½-day workshop on Friday morning, October 16). Extra Luncheon & Event tickets may be purchased for guests using this form.

Registrants select any combination of ½-day & 1-day Workshops, or the 2-day CCI Workshop, &/or any of the Luncheon & Events, to suit your schedule & budget to be part of Survivor Osoyoos.
To register "a la Carte":
- Enter the number of ½-day & 1-day Workshops you want
- Select the Luncheon & Event tickets (& extra tickets for guests)
- (Page 3) Click the matching number of buttons & codes (A1-A5, B1-B5, C1-C4, D1-D4, E1-E3 &/or SP1-SP4) for the Workshops for which you have registered
- Your "Total Fee" will tabulate automatically
