Conference 2008 has reserved a block of rooms for delegates at the
world-renowned Fairmont Empress, host to Pre-Conference Workshops,
the Opening Reception & Keynote Address, the Minister's Luncheon,
the Berkeley Young plenary and three of the five concurrent sessions,
Trade Show and Annual General Meeting.
The host Conference Committee in Victoria has partnered with The
Fairmont Empress to help save costs to delegates and Conference
2008 by filling our room block at the very special room rate of $90.00
per night (plus taxes).

generously offered to extend the special Conference 2008 room rate for
3-days prior to Conference 2008 AND 3-days after Conference 2008!
PLEASE be sure to quote the "BCMA Conference" when making your
hotel reservations. ALL rooms booked this way will be credited to
Conference 2008, providing your fellow delegates with tremendous savings!
