The BC Museums Association invites heritage and travel industry
suppliers, service-providers, gift shop supliers, publishers, related
agencies, member and non-member institutions, consulting firms
and organizations to participate in our annual Trade Show,
November 19 & 20, 2008 as part of Conference 2008.
Join us for this exciting opportunity to connect with clients, develop
new relationships and display your products and services to museum,
art gallery and heritage representatives from throughout the Pacific
Northwest.
Our host, The Fairmont Empress offers exhibitors a central, bright
and highly visible display layout in the Palm Court, adjacent to the
world famous Fairmont Empress Tearoom Lobby, and the Crystal
Ballroom surrounded by the delegates and Opening Reception guests,
the Registration Desk, Silent Auction displays, the refreshment breaks
food station and Thursday's Opening Ceremonies, Keynote Speaker
(Arthur Black), Plenary A (Berkeley Young), and Minister's Luncheon.
 
The Fairmont Empress' Palm Court (L) & Crystal Ballroom (R) will host the Trade Show.
How to Book a Trade Show Booth:
Bookings are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.
There is a maximum of 18 8' x 8' x 8' display booths available for
booking by 5:00PM, Monday, November 3, 2008.
