Conference 2008 has developed a diverse 1-day program for delegates and those unable to participate in the full Conference program and in collaboration with our partner agencies and organizations.
To promote special interest group activity, BCMA will make available face-to-face opportunities on Pre-Conference Workshop Day for roundtable discussions or regional meetings of special interest groups as part of BCMA's annual provincial Conference. Additional opportunities may be available as part of the BCMA's continuing Regional Workshops Series over the membership year.
If your special interest group or provincial association is interested in meeting or hosting a Pre-Conference Workshop at Conference 2008, please contact the BCMA Secretariat Office at: 250-356-5700 or by email: bcma@museumsassn.bc.ca
Pre-Conference Workshops registrants may also be eligible for the Canadian Museums Association's (CMA) Bursary Fund assistance. Click-on Travel & Assistance (at left) for details.
