Information:

1.  To claim the privileged Member Rate, and if you have not already done
      so, BCMA members must LOGIN NOW, (See Sign-in at left). 
      Student Members will automatically receive their additional registration
      fee discounts after Member Login.

2.  To register online and pay by VISA or MasterCard, CLICK HERE to open the
       online registration form. 
     
3.  Please complete a separate registration for EACH delegate. 
       You will receive an emailed confirmation.

4.   Early Bird Registration deadline ( EXTENDED TO): November 7, 2008 (midnight). 
       After this date, registration fees will default to Regular Rates.

5.  To become a BCMA member before registering, please join online HERE.

6.  To register and pay by cheque or money order, please download the 
       Registration Form (Word).
