Museums, art galleries, historic sites and heritage properties throughout the Lower Vancouver Island region are invited to offer the BCMA's Conference 2008 delegates tour and gift shop incentives during their stay in Victoria.
The host Fairmont Empress is extending the special Conference rate of $90.00/night for three days prior to Conference 2008 and three days after Conference 2008, which allow delegates and visitors to the region extra time to better experience the cultural diversity and richness of our part of British Columbia.
There are a number of ways to reach Conference 2008 delegates:
Propose a special tour package, (which will be posted to this webpage)
Delegate bag flyers or redeemable vouchers
Trade Show booth (Share one with other local attractions!)
Refreshment Break sponsorships
Business card advertisements in the Delegates Program

BCMA members and delegates carry their own, personalized BCMA Member GO Card they can show for discounts on admission or gift shop prices. This is an easy way to recognize BCMA members without the time and cost of producing "special offer" flyers or vouchers!
