Charter & Regional Bus Tours                       Updated: October 9, 2009

UPDATE!  Charter Bus Tour - cancelled.

Due to an insufficient number
 of bookings by the deadline
 date to offset BCMA's financial
 commitment, the BCMA has
 regretfully had to cancel this
 charter tour.

 Passengers have been advised
to book flights, or find alternate
 means of transportation.

BCMA wishes to thank those who responded in the short window given us and Charter Bus Lines for its support and assistance. We will be looking into future charters as a FUN & economical way to meet at the BCMA's annual provincial Conference.

Your Institution Can Offer Self-Guided Tours!

Museums, art galleries, historic sites and heritage properties throughout the South Okanagan region are invited to offer the BCMA's Survivor Osoyoos participants tour and gift shop incentives during their stay in Osoyoos, BC.

The Host Hotels in Osoyoos are extending their special BCMA rates for three days prior to Survivor Osoyoos and three days after Survivor Osoyoos, to allow participants and visitors extra time to better experience the cultural diversity and richness of this "Warmest Welcome" region of British Columbia.

There are a number of ways to reach Survivor Osoyoos participants:
  • Propose a special tour package, (which will be posted to this webpage)
  • Delegate bag flyers or redeemable vouchers
  • Exhibit booth (Share one with other local attractions!)
  • Refreshment Break sponsorships
  • Business card advertisements in the Registrants Program
    (on-site version)
  • BC Reports presentation at the BC Reports Reception,
Thursday, October 15, 2009 at the Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre (Theatre)

BCMA members and registrants carry their own, personalized BCMA Member GO Card they can show for discounts on admission or gift shop prices. This is an easy way to recognize BCMA members without the time and cost of producing "special offer" flyers or vouchers!
